In August 2023 the law endorsing the obligatory e-invoicing system in Poland (“KSeF”), has been approved by the President of Poland, signaling a new era in the country's financial management and reporting structure. On July 1, 2024, Poland will experience a significant change in its invoicing processes. Since that date, all sales invoices issued by Companies having VAT registration in Poland will need to be sent to KSeF.

This change for many Companies means a revolution in their business and tax processes and will require substantial changes in IT systems. Our experience shows that there is still a low awareness in many businesses about the impact of KSeF and the priority given to the projects is not at the right level.

We would like to invite you to the webinar “How to implement successfully mandatory e-invocing in Poland” run by our experts, who have gained a broad experience in KSeF projects since April 2022. The agenda of the webinar will include following areas:

  • An introduction about key KSeF principles and requirements
  • How to run a KSeF project
  • Key challenges related with KSeF implementation
  • Technical analysis and IT systems preparation
  • Presentation of CRIDO tool for integration with KSeF
