Working group Rebuilding Ukraine : public procurement

Join us for the next meeting of the CCIFP's working group Rebuilding Ukraine on public procurement.

We invite you to participate in the next meeting of the CCIFP's working group "Rebuilding Ukraine". The meeting will focus on key legal issues related to the participation of companies operating in Poland in public procurement related to aid and reconstruction of Ukraine.

At the meeting Dentons’ lawyers from Poland and Ukraine will discuss the following points:

1. Participation in public procurement in Ukraine – the perspective of Polish companies.

2. Key characteristics of the public procurement process in Ukraine with particular emphasis on construction tenders.

3. Main requirements for starting a business in Ukraine in the context of participation in construction tenders.

4. Joint-ventures with Ukrainian partners to participate in tender proceedings in Ukraine.

The meeting will be chaired by Maksym Sysoiev, partner at Dentons in Kiev.
