Health Committee - development of the CCIFP White Paper chapter and legal update

Join us for a meeting of the CCIFP Health Committee to approve the contents of the CCIFP White Paper and summarise regulatory issues.

During a meeting designed for companies from the health sector:

• we will summarise the work on the development of the CCIFP Health Committee White Paper; 
• we will analyse the postulates proposed by member companies and accept the final shape of the document;
• we will discuss the challenges for the sector in terms of current and planned regulations. 

Legislative monitoring will be provided by legal experts from Rymarz Zdort Maruta law firm: Michał Czarnuch, Partner and Head of Life Sciences Practice and Anna Partyka-Opiela, PhD, Partner in Life Sciences Practice. 

The White Paper will become a starting point for discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Health, parliamentary health committees and KOLs. It will provide a holistic position for the health sector in the discussion of the challenges facing the government and parliamentarians in the new legislature. Its overarching aim is to seek dialogue with decision-makers by highlighting priority areas and the most relevant regulatory issues.
