Dear Students,
Welcome to Bird & Bird's ESG Academy - a programme dedicated to gaining and deepening the knowledge and understanding of the Environment, Society and Governance (ESG).
What is the ESG Academy?
• The ESG Academy is an initiative dedicated to students of law, journalism and political science, marketing, economics, finance and accounting, and related fields of study who wish to explore ESG and see how these issues transfer to legal and business practice.
What do we offer?

Introductory meeting and a series of 16 online lectures about ESG with the Bird & Bird professionals in the academic year 2024/2025,

Inspiring classes in the form of lectures and case studies - experienced experts will share their knowledge of ESG, its impact on the legal and business environment,
and discuss challenges and trends in implementing sustainability strategies,

Broadening the understanding of the ESG legislative network and business approach to its implementation,

Networking opportunities,

Bird & Bird ESG Academy completion certificates for students who attend at least 12 lectures.

Classes will be held online at 4:45 to 5:45 pm starting on 7 January 2025. The first class - an introductory meeting - will be held on 19 December 2024.
