Business Breakfast CCIFP: Net pay increases VS keeping employees engaged – the challenges facing business today

We would like to invite you to our next Business Breakfast meeting, with the aim of discussing net pay increases and employees engagement.

Over the past several months, the main topic in the context of net pay has been changes in tax laws. These issues are now compounded by high inflation and the destabilization associated with the war in Ukraine, which together are leading to significant turbulence in the labor market.

During the meeting, Michal Wodnicki and Edyta Defańska-Czujko, partners at CRIDO, will talk about current labor market trends and the opportunities available to business managers in the context of maintaining low employee turnover and providing attractive net compensation for key human resources.

During the event, CRIDO experts will focus on the following questions:

• What employee turnover trends are currently being seen?
• What options do employers have to increase net pay at no cost?
• How do employers intend to shape their companies' payroll budgets for 2023 (results of a survey conducted by CRIDO in August/September this year)?
• What can companies do to retain their employees so that the payroll budget doesn't spend sleepless nights for managers at companies?

An important part of the event will be the opportunity to exchange experiences and get answers to the question: how do other entities deal with the above problems and what plans do they have for further action?

The events are aimed at executives of medium and large member companies and are centered around current business topics or sector presentations. Those themes, presented from the perspective of the management, are intended to encourage joint discussion, mutual inspiration, and networking.

The meetings are addressed to the managers of medium and large companies associated with CCIFP, paying a membership fee of min. 6200 PLN.
