TRIGO is recruiting a Welding specialist (ideally IWS or IWT) at a railway supplier based Gliwice (Poland), manufacturing mechanically welded products (Boggie chassis for trains)
The main context of the job is to secure a supplier when there is production ramp up concerning welded products.
Key skills :
- Professional experience in welding, NDT in MT (ISO 9712 COFREND level 2) and UT (ISO 9712 COFREND level 2), and Dimensional control
- Fluent Polish and good English (written, spoken)
- Good knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving (8D, QRQC, PDCA, etc.)
- AUTONOMY
Key Tasks :
- Perform Job audit (documentary, operator, etc.) on all teams (night included)
- Supervise quality wall with KPI, 2 steps: welding output & painting output
- Ensure good product traceability
- Review of control reports issued by the supplier
- Product verification (perform contradictory NDT checks sampled on supplier production
- Expediting
- Management of any Non Conformity
- Authorize delivery of products to customers
- Provide of a weekly progress report to TRIGO management
