White & Case advises on the sale of 100% of shares in SI-Consulting sp. z o.o. to Akquinet GmbH

June 5, 2023 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Impel S.A. and minority shareholders on the sale of 100% of the shares in SI-Consulting sp. z o.o. to Akquinet GmbH, a portfolio company of German private equity fund Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.

The White & Case Warsaw team that advised on the transaction included partner Rafał Kamiński and associate Adam Marszałek.

SI-Consulting, headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland, employs 200 people and focuses on supporting digital transformation through a broad portfolio of products and services: state-of-the-art integrated systems, IT infrastructure, full DevOps support and customized software solutions.

Akquinet, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, is a global IT solutions provider with 950 employees in more than 20 locations in Germany and Austria. Akquinet specializes in consulting and implementation of ERP systems (SAP and Microsoft) and customized software solutions.
