White & Case advises Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. on subordinated capital bonds issuance

4 August 2025 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. in connection with the issuance of subordinated capital bonds with the value of PLN 350 million.

Dom Maklerski Banku Ochrony Środowiska S.A. acted as the organizer and dealer of the bond issuance. The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds have been registered with the National Depository for Securities in Poland.

Subject to the consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the issued bonds will be qualified as Tier II instruments within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (Capital Requirements Regulation) and the proceeds from the issued bonds will be used to increase the issuer’s Tier II capital.
