Jakub Dittmer of Kochański & Partners named Poland’s best tax advisor in the Customs Duties category
Jakub Dittmer is the best tax advisor in the Customs Duties category in Poland. The tax expert from Kochański & Partners came first in the 18th edition of The Dziennik Gazeta Prawna’s Ranking of Tax Firms and Advisors (Ranking Firm i Doradców Podatkowych).
The jury particularly appreciated the application of innovative solutions to highly complex cases and the achievement of groundbreaking decisions. In the case Jakub handled, the main challenges were timing, and the fact that the regulation, whose impact he masterfully managed, came into force overnight, taking the market, businesses and the tax authorities themselves completely by surprise. As a result of the actions taken, it was possible to obtain a positive opinion from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, confirming that goods imported from Ukraine should never have been banned from our market.
